Final course maps will be posted in mid-July. We are working on improvements to the courses from previous years, in order to make the route the best and most scenic as possible. The Marathon course will be a Boston Quailifier, and fast, flat and beautiful.

For the Marathon, you will be asked to move to the sidewalks after 6.5 hours. The finish line will remain open until 7.5 hours, after which points the roads will re-open. All finishers will receive medals and support at the finish line.
There are no time limits for 5K or Half and walking is allowed.
Aid Stations every 1.5 miles with Water. Gatorade and Energy Gels and food at most stops. After mile 20, there will be an aid station every mile.

We are partnering with the best local EMT and hospital personnel to provide on-course medical support with a full-service recovery unit at the finish line.
